Called the Thursday before Christmas as I needed to replace my tarps before heading out next week. The guy that answered the phone confirmed that he had the 3 piece tarp I needed but said they were closing early and won’t be open again till Monday. We talked for a few minutes, I explained my problem and I was currently north of Dallas. He offered to take my payment info then said he would leave them inside the back gate, gave me his cell number and said to call him when I arrived and he could open the gate remotely. How is that for customer service! These guys have earned my business for life.
